# What You Need:
→ Yogurt Base
01 - 2 cups plain probiotic yogurt, Greek or regular, full-fat or low-fat
02 - 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup, optional
03 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
→ Winter Berries
04 - 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen winter berries including blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds
→ Spiced Crunch
05 - ½ cup rolled oats, use certified gluten-free if needed
06 - ¼ cup chopped nuts such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds
07 - 2 tablespoons sunflower or pumpkin seeds
08 - 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
09 - 1½ tablespoons maple syrup or honey
10 - 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
11 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
13 - ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
14 - Pinch of sea salt
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup, then stir until all ingredients are evenly coated. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet to achieve desired crispness.
02 - Divide plain yogurt evenly between two serving bowls, placing approximately 1 cup in each bowl. If using honey and vanilla extract, gently swirl them into the yogurt for even distribution.
03 - Top each yogurt bowl with half of the mixed berries, distributing them evenly across the surface. Sprinkle a generous portion of cooled spiced crunch mixture over the berries in each bowl.
04 - Serve bowls immediately while the crunch remains crispy. Offer additional spiced crunch on the side if desired, and consider adding a drizzle of honey or dusting of cinnamon for extra warmth.
