Pizza Dip Sliders (Printable)

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
02 - 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream

06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Sliders

08 - 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or soft dinner rolls)
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Combine shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended and smooth.
03 - Fold in half the mozzarella and half the cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the chicken mixture.
04 - Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected if possible. Place bottom halves in prepared baking dish.
05 - Spread Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over bun bottoms. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over filling. Place bun tops over cheese layer.
06 - Whisk melted butter with garlic powder. Brush mixture generously over tops of slider buns.
07 - Cover baking dish with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bun tops are golden brown.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice between sliders and serve warm while cheese is melted.
