# What You Need:
→ Chicken
01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
→ Wraps
06 - 4 large whole wheat tortillas
07 - 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
08 - 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
10 - 1/2 small thinly sliced red onion
→ Caesar Dressing
11 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
15 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1 small minced garlic clove
17 - Salt and pepper to taste
# Directions:
01 - Preheat grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
03 - Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes then slice thinly.
04 - Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
05 - Spread dressing down center of each tortilla. Top with romaine, sliced chicken, Parmesan, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
06 - Fold in tortilla sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
